Unusual cluster of stalactites from the lithiophorite/ cryptomelane occurance, found in the mid 1990's.
Most stalactite specimens of these two minerals were individual or maybe double stalactites, not very often specimans such as this were found. This piece is completely composed of stalactites joined together, as the last photo shows. Uncommon speciman of these two minerals from this locality.
