This potassium rich, manganese oxide mineral, occured sparingly in this opencut. This speciman shows the typical botryoidal habit of this mineral on the front of the speciman as well as the back.
It is a thin plate only a couple of centimetres thick, from within a cavity. A good sized speciman from this locality. Opencut closed and backfilled with waste from other mining operations.
