A single large rough apatite crystal , from the harts range. This was from an old collection we purchased and the label simply said Harts Range, from what I've seen,  I feel that its from the zircon fields at mud tank. Has been cut on the bottom to reveal the colour .Not especially attractive but a large crystal.
