Rich hematite ore covered with specular hematite crystals on both front and back. Under magnification the crystals are very lustrous thin blades of hematite, with a light source from the back, they show a blood red transparent colour. There was tons of this years ago, in certain areas of the pit, but all of it went t the crushers. Most hematite was massive ore and no crystals at all. The photos don't show the sparkle of the crystals all over the speciman, way better in person. not available anymore.
