Not a big speciman , but a very showy desert rose gypsum cluster from this classic locality. Woolcunda was a popular collecting locality for years until access was banned a few years ago. The crystal clusters were buried approx 1 to 2 metres below the surface in an old lake bed.  This speciman boasts good colour, good crystal form and good aesthetics with virtually no damage. A very nice speciman from this locality. An above average speciman from woolcunda station. Getting harder to get now .
