Size 5cm x 4cm

Block of massive quartz with coatings and stains of chrysocolla throughout it. Chrysocolla was only ever found once at iron monarch, in the southern corner of the pit on the RL130 bench. Although there was several hundred ton of this material (which I suppose only adds up to one dump truck full !)

good specimans were not plentiful. Most were massive quartz like this, and as a result not many were collected, besides , who wants scruffy chrysocolla in massive quartz !!! Looking back now, theres not much chrysocolla from iron monarch around !
