Solid mass of sparkling anglesite crystals, with no matrix. These were found in one area in the opencut and some superb specimans were recovered. Block 14 opencut finished up in 1996, so these were recovered before that. The pit is now backfilled with waste from kintore opencut. A nice miniture of a mineral no longer available.
