These are Broken Hill classics, anglesite crystals over growing cerussite crystals. This speciman is way better than the photos show, it is a lot more sparkly. The largest cerussite crystal is 25 mm long and the anglesites are up to 3mm across. A few of the cerussite crystals are arrowhead twins with the anglesite on them, but don't show in the photos.  A nice miniture sized speciman of this combination. The Blackwood opencut closed in the early 1980's and was backfilled with wasterock from block14 opencut. These will never be found here again.
